Shipping Orders
We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition!
Our orders are shipped via a carrier contracted by us. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receiving your order, please file a formal complaint with the carrier and notify us immediately. Any damages incurred during transportation are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
NOTE: Failure to follow this step in case of transport-related damages will invalidate any compensation from our side.
Shipping Prices
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location you select. You'll be able to see these costs in your shopping cart before finalizing your purchase. No hidden fees or surprises!
Delivery Times
Our warehouse in the EU is located in Portugal, and we typically process orders within just 1 business day. Delivery times may vary depending on distance, but generally, orders arrive between 4 to 5 business days.
Order Tracking
Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, so please don't worry if it doesn't appear immediately. Your order is on its way!

Returns
We want you to love your Alpha Gamer products! If you need to return any of them, you have up to 14 days after receiving them to do so.
Remember to contact us before returning the product so we can coordinate the details.
NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To ensure that your return is accepted, please ensure that:
- The product is intact and unused;
- The product packaging is undamaged and/or has not been opened or tampered with.
If any of these conditions are not met, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.
