NOTE: These terms apply only to orders and products sold through the online store available at alpha-gamer.com.
Prices
The prices listed on this online store are invoiced in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
All prices are valid except for typographical errors. Prices are not negotiable.
Payment
Alpha Gamer offers the following payment methods on the online store at alpha-gamer.com:
- Multibanco Reference (available only for Portuguese bank customers)
- MBWAY (available only for Portuguese bank customers)
- Debit or credit card
- Paypal
Customers have 24 hours to complete the payment for their order.
If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the order will be canceled.
Orders will be shipped only after payment confirmation by Alpha Gamer.
Deliveries
Shipping for orders placed on the online store at alpha-gamer.com will be handled by a carrier contracted by Alpha Gamer. All transportation-related damages are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receiving your order, you must file a formal complaint with the carrier and report it immediately to Alpha Gamer. Failure to follow this procedure in case of transport-related damages will invalidate any compensation.
Delivery Costs
The delivery costs associated with orders placed on the online store at alpha-gamer.com will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. These costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery location.
Returns
Returns for orders placed on the online store at alpha-gamer.com are only possible after prior agreement with Alpha Gamer. Any returns made without Alpha Gamer's consent will be considered null and void.
Customers have a 14-day period after receiving their order during which they may return the item(s). In these cases, return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. The following rules apply to such returns:
- The product must be intact and unused.
- The product packaging must be undamaged and unopened.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If any of these return rules are not followed, the return will not be accepted.
Warranty
All products sold on the online store at alpha-gamer.com come with a minimum warranty period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Damages caused by improper use or accidents are not covered.
Faults
If you have identified an anomaly or fault in your product purchased from the online store at alpha-gamer.com, please contact us to describe the situation. Never return an item without prior authorization from our technical services.
The shipping of the damaged product to our facilities will be at the customer's expense. The shipping of the repaired or replaced product back to the customer's address will be covered by Alpha Gamer.
In the following cases:
- If no fault is found with the item, or
- If misuse is detected as the cause of the fault,
the item will be returned to the customer in its original condition.
For repairs conducted within the warranty period, there will be no charge to the customer. In cases where an exchange for a new product is necessary and stock is unavailable, the customer will be notified accordingly. Options will include:
- Receiving a corresponding credit, or
- Waiting for stock replenishment (upon agreement).
Alpha Gamer, concerning products sold on alpha-gamer.com, commits to meeting the repair or replacement timeframe established by law (30 days after receipt of the item at our facilities), unless agreed otherwise with the customer. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days:
- An exchange for an equivalent product will be proposed, or
- The customer will receive corresponding credit.
