How long will I have to wait for my order?
Our warehouse in the EU is located in Portugal, and we typically process orders in just 1 business day. Delivery times may vary depending on distance. However, orders generally arrive between 4 to 5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, so don't worry if it doesn't appear immediately. Your order is on its way!
How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items you ordered and the delivery location. These costs will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart before you finalize your purchase.
How does the warranty for Alpha Gamer products work?
Each Alpha Gamer product is designed and tested according to the highest standards of safety and durability.
Because we truly believe in the quality of our products, all of them come with a minimum 2-year warranty from the date of purchase when bought on alpha-gamer.com.
NOTE: This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damages caused by improper use or accidents.
I want to return a product. How should I proceed?
We're here to help! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, but please contact us first. The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
